The tracking shows no updates for several days. What can I do?

IMPORTANT NOTE!

We currently have a lot of cases where the tracking shows no updates but the local postal service already has the package and placed it at the local postal office near the customer's address without informing him. 


In some cases, DHL and German Post have issues and fail to provide up-to-date tracking information. There is always one update before the package leaves Germany and the next as soon as it is scanned in your country. 


Advice:

Sometimes 17track shows more updates compared to the official tracking pages of the shipping companies:

https://www.17track.net/de


If there are no updates for more than 14 days / 2 weeks (for international orders the timeframe is longer), an investigation can be initiated. You can find more information in the corresponding FAQ article.
