How can I start an investigation?

If your package has had no tracking updates since 14 days / 2 weeks (the timeframe is longer for international orders), we can start an investigation for you.
To start the investigation we need an e-mail from you without any images only text.
Please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Tracking Number
- Full Address
- Statement that you did not get the package so far
As soon as we have this information we can start an investigation.
Investigations take at least 2 weeks. In most cases, they take longer due to the fact that multiple countries are involved and the different shipping companies need to interact with each other.
